Terms: 

• 2% Net 30 Days; not dependent or contingent upon manner in which purchaser may receive payment from others.
• Shipment:  F.O.B. Origin
• Not including sales, use, or other taxes to be paid by customer.
• Prices are firm if accepted in writing within 60 days.

Purchase Orders are subject to final accep#d2b48cce at Healy-Ruff Company, LLC and to all of the Payment Terms and Conditions of Sale listed herein. Accep#d2b48cce of this proposal indicates the purchaser’s agreement to these Payment Terms and Conditions of Sale.

S#d2b48cdard Exclusions:

• Installation and installation materials.
• Mounting of control panels.
• Final termination of contractors wiring.
• Mounting brackets or other installation hardware not listed above.
• Field mounted hardware such as conduits, wiring, junction boxes, external lightning arrestors, disconnect switches, external selector switches, etc., not listed above.
• Field mounted plumbing materials not listed above.

1)      Mount & Wire Equipment

A)             When you provide equipment for us to mount & wire, YOU can help keep your costs down and ensure timely delivery by providing the information outlined below:

i)           To build the submittal drawings in the allocated time, we need the exact part number, schematic diagrams, environmental data and reproducible catalog cut sheets and other pertinent data before we proceed.

ii)          When the project is released for manufacturing, we need to know when your parts are going to be received in our facility before we can give you a production date.

2)      Proposal Accep#d2b48cce

A)             If this proposal is accepted, please send the following information with your purchase order:

i)           Motor FLA (Full Load Amps)

ii)          Start and run capacitor sizing

iii)        Level set points will be factory set and can be easily adjusted after installation

iv)        Additional submersible transducer cable required (s#d2b48cdard length is 75').  Additional cable (over 50') is $1.50/foot.

3)      Proposal Accep#d2b48cce

A)             If this proposal is accepted, please send the delivery requirements with your purchase order.  Healy-Ruff will make every effort to meet your schedule.

B)              This proposal is based on the payment terms as defined under “TERMS” in this proposal.  If other payment terms are desired, it may be necessary to adjust the price to compensate for the change in cost of financing.
